Adult Newfypoos For Sale

Sometimes we have adult Newfypoos for sale.
There are many reasons someone might want an adult Newfypoo. Depending on your stage of life, you may find it more convenient to skip the puppy phase and bring home an adult. Newfypoos go through different stages as they grow and age. We typically find that the “terrible two” or “rebellious teenage stage” starts at about 8 months old. They seem to take a “calm down pill” at 12 months old, another at 18 months old and yet another at 2 years old. So if you’re looking to skip the puppy stage altogether, we suggest you may want to consider looking for a 2 + year old Newfypoo. If you find one under 2 years old, be sure to ask about their current behavior and struggles, knowing that with consistency they will outgrow it, but you will have to work through those areas of difficulties until they hit those calm down areas.
Our adult Newfypoos are loving, caring and attentive. They love to sleep and be close. They are calm and love to sleep. They generally make great door bells and love it when visitors come over. Females have a natural tendency to care for young children and be watchful over them. Our very first female would lick our baby if he entered her crate and she still watches over him closely. It’s a trait that endeared our hearts toward the Newfypoo breed. Each female differs slightly in their likes and personality and we’d love to discuss with you any specifics about any adult Newfypoos we may may have available.
It’s not common that we have an adult Newyfpoo for sale, but when we do, we look for the best suitable home for him or her. We want them to find their forever family who is best suited to their personality and they to your family atmosphere.
When our mamma dogs are being retired, we first reach out to the families who have already adopted one of our puppies to see if they would like to add another. After reaching out to them, if we are still looking for a suitable home, we will place the dog here. This is not a rescue. Our dogs have forever homes here if needed, but we love to bless families with wonderful temperament females that would love to spoil you with their affection on a more one to one basis.
While we have never had a pup rehomed back to us, it could happen, as our pups are always welcome to come back if home situations change. After a quarantine period, health check and training checks, we write up a full profile and place the older pups/young adults here on this page.
Our process is the same for adopting one of our older dogs. Please fill out our contact form and let us know that you would like to be contacted when we have an adult Newfypoo for sale. Please note in the comment section that you are looking for an Adult Newfypoo.

CHESTER, 1 year old Newfypoo
Chester is $1900.
Fill out the application if you would like to be updated on Chester or any other adult Newfypoo that may come up. We use this as our communication form to keep you up to date.
Skip the sleepless nights and the 15 minute bathroom calls and still enjoy a young dog with his whole life and love to give! Chester is one special boy!
He was returned because work situations changed which required longer hours. They want the best for Chester and did not want his life to be spent in a crate for so long.
He was recently clipped down short, as we tell all of our families to do around a year old, to get rid of the baby fluff and make it easy for adult hair to grow in without being matted. He will grow in to be nice and shaggy before too long.
Here’s what we know about him….
Car rides are a love of his and he will be anxious to go anytime you’re outside. He loves his morning walk and evening play time. He can be a puller on the leash and will need freshened up and have someone be consistent in finishing off this training. A gentle leader may be necessary.
For sleeping, he either slept in his crate or on their basement couch, but was otherwise not allowed on furniture.
His family says he hasn’t been shown to be scared of anything that they recall.
Chester will sit when you snap your fingers. He goes into his crate or inside when told “in,” waits to eat until told “eat” or “ok.”
He grew up in a home with children, first starting here at Green Acres and then his family had children under 6 and did well with them.
His owner never received any complaints from the groomer.
She notes that he is sweet, loves people and full of energy (typical for age).
He is not neutered (we recommend our families to wait until 18 months so hormones can help with with the fast growth).
Upon arrival here at Green Acres, Chester is a loveball. He loves to be around people, but settles nicely in his crate. He had a little bit of transition anxiety which is to be expected which resulted in some barking. He has done very well with not messing in the house or in his crate. He is very bouncy and has a tendency to jump, which can be handled with continued training. He is a puller on the leash if let to do so, but in the short walks we have taken so far, he walks much better with a consistent reminder of being in the heel position. I believe he can be easily trained to walk nicely with continued work. He will come with a gentle leader which can help tremendously as well.
Negatives: She says occasionally he will poop in his crate and jumps when excited, especially when meeting new people. These are things that we will evaluate once he arrives here at Green Acres.
He comes with his box of toys, a grocery bag of assortment of treats, his collar, a leash, his food and a large crate.
Ivan - 1.5 yr old Newfypoo
Ivan is $2000.
Ivan is a large standard Newfypoo who was greatly loved by his family.
His exact weight is unknown at this time, but guessing to be around 80lb with still some growing to do. He is neutered.
He was returned because he was dealing with some allergies that they couldn’t get under control and the vet costs were restrictive. However, upon coming back to Green Acres and have zero treatment, his symptoms resolved within 24 hours. This leads us to believe that it was environmental, and based on symptoms, likely mold.
Ivan is an “in your pocket” dog, who is super chill for his young age. He has been following us around the house, sleeping at our feet. He is great with our young children, but doesn’t know his size when it comes to playing. However, its quickly resolved when we tell the kids to stop playing with him, he goes back to his chill self. He has had zero accidents, sleeps through the night in his crate (although on the bedroom floor beside the bed would be his preferred place), and gets along with all of our other dogs. He is not a barker and only barked once when he was startled by someone coming in the door. His leash skills still need work, but are well on the way and will be fabulous with consistency. He likes to see if you mean it when you tell him to sit, but can and will do so if consistent.
This family did the work for you and Ivan has a life full of love to give.
Ivan will come with his food, collar and leash and a few of his favorite toys.
